Responsibilities

◦ Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, medication reminder, personal hygiene, grooming and meal preparation.

◦ Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition.

◦ Document and report any changes in the client's health status.

◦ Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

◦ Light house cleaning

◦ Appointment scheduling/attendance

◦ Shopping

◦ Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
